June 21, 2025. I got an email on Thu the 19th later in the day saying that my redemption had been completed and it would take 2-5 working days to go into my bank account. I figured, here we go with this 2-14 days all over again but to my surprise, my $1,000 redemption was in my bank account first thing early Sat morning!! Made me much happier as you can imagine. I will change it to 4 stars as they did finally pay out, but redemption really needs to be updated! People will definitely go elsewhere if that continues. I'm still up in the air on if I am going to give them another try or not. I want to.... but I fear the headache all over again!! But just wanted everyone to know, they DO pay out!
