Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I've had nothing but a great experience with them. Chat & emails both were very quick to respond & explain everything. Nobody talked crazy to me like some are saying so it must be ppl that broke the rules & got told off about it. The game selection is pretty good. I've won twice now & my first payout came 2 days later & I'm currently waiting on my 2nd payout. The only downside I would say is the wait is much longer (up to 7 days) if u win from bonuses they give u. I thought it was instant but it's not like a lot of ppl claim it is. All around it's one of the best I've played so far. I almost didn't sign up bc of the bad reviews I read on here. So glad I took a chance & seen myself.

Susan thank you for reaching out to resolve this matter, it made all the difference. Just to clarify I contacted Support through emails, since live chat wasn't available 17 times. You explained that my emails some how went to spam but only twice did I get a response. As I promised and since you contacted me, which was all I wanted, and in the end resolved this matter I have changed my 1 star status to 4 stars. Because of you and how you handled this complaint is the reason my review has changed. Just a heads-up on other complaints I have seen that yes if you are a player from the USA you will have to use a VPN and change your location to Germany and that will allow you more games to play, not all but quite a few more than none at all.

When it comes to making payments it is really quick but when it comes to winning bets and withdrawls it takes forever on one pretext or the other they keep cancelling your request and customer service is pathetic they dont answer and if they do they have standard robotic answers never waste your money here.
