If you think about redeeming at your fav. certain casinos, I bet it's kind of a toss-up and usually pretty random when you finally get the funds posted to your account. Scrooge doesn't keep you guessing. Last thing: they have live support chat (although sometimes there's a tiny bit of a wait) - but they always addressed my concerns that I have had in the past. Overall I would give them a 5 - but the only reason it's a 4 is because of the website layout - it could just use a more modern touch and approach to it.
