Originally I had issues with a couple of things with KYC and VPN issues. Susan from support was incredible help and was more than happy to help with every question/request I had. The issues with the VPN was sorted within a couple of emails. There was technical difficulties with KYC and there was a lot of emails backwards and forwards but as a apologies I was even given some compensation which was not even requested but as a good will gesture for the issues. Once my KYC was all confirmed I received an email and I made my crypto withdrawal straight away. Within 30 minutes of me making my withdrawal I had already received payment. As always check the Ts and Cs for games not allowed during wagering. I can’t thank Susan enough for her help and understanding. Technical issues can’t be helped it happens to everyone at some point.

I have playing with the site for a short time, and deposited about a dozen times. I ended up racking up 4K+ in winnings, all while following the directions and rules. When I decided to stop and cash out, I asked customer service how to, the fastest way, and if I was able to redeem. They said yes, and up until that point, great customer service. I log in a few hours later, and suddenly I cannot login because my it’s was unavailable in my region. I’m in Texas, where it is ok to play. I am fully verified to redeem as well. I’m waiting for the manager to reach back out to me to tell me how regain access. They had no issue with taking my money to purchase gold coins, but now there seems to be an issue with the legitimacy of the site and that it actually pays. Will update or re review after the manager gets in contact with met which was promised for today (11/24/25).
