Service withdraw very fast

June 21, 2025. I got an email on Thu the 19th later in the day saying that my redemption had been completed and it would take 2-5 working days to go into my bank account. I figured, here we go with this 2-14 days all over again but to my surprise, my $1,000 redemption was in my bank account first thing early Sat morning!! Made me much happier as you can imagine. I will change it to 4 stars as they did finally pay out, but redemption really needs to be updated! People will definitely go elsewhere if that continues. I'm still up in the air on if I am going to give them another try or not. I want to.... but I fear the headache all over again!! But just wanted everyone to know, they DO pay out! June 19, 2025: Now 42 days or 30 business days... still nothing!!! I think it's time to contact someone else about this.....Not happy at all with The Money Factory! I put in for a redemption on 05/09/25 for $1,000 and here it is 34 days or 24 business days, however you want to count it, it's been plenty long enough! This is the first casino that I've had this type of issue with! They say it isn't supposed to take longer than 14 days! I see where they keep giving excuses of being behind and doing them in the order you receive them, you either need to hire more people or have people who ONLY do redemption! It takes only a few seconds for it to go from my bank account to their account for us to deposit and play. I belong to A LOT of sites and this is the ONLY one that's taken longer than 5 days! If I happen to ever get it, I'll let y'all know....

Got to give credit where it’s due. Signed up and deposited £50 played through a few games getting bonuses on most. Withdrew £360 which was sorted in no time and received money within 2 days. Dare i say a fair casino ! All good from me
